  A complete screening process, including:

• An in-depth interview with the candidate by one of our experienced recruiter(s)
• The completing and signing by the candidate of an application form, later used for the checking of personal and professional data
• A complete reference check, which can be performed by the company or – if the client wishes– by an independent organization
• Drug testing performed at the hiring and throughout the employment by an independent organization with which we are registered since 2005  
• Hazardous goods training – upon the clients request
• Road testing – upon the clients request

The company is totally open to adapting its recruiting standards to the specific needs of the client.
